SHIPPING CONFIRMATION/TRACKING EMAILS

WE WILL SEND YOU A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED AT THE TIME THE ORDER WAS PLACED. PLEASE ALLOW 2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED FOR SHIPPING, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS. THE SHIPPING DEPARTMENT MAKES EVERY EFFORT TO FULFILL ORDERS AS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AS POSSIBLE. ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER. AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION.  PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS FOR THE MAIL CARRIER TO UPDATE YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION.

ALL FINAL COSTS WILL BE STATED BEFORE COMPLETION OF CHECKOUT. THIS INCLUDES ITEM COSTS, SHIPPING RATES, AND SALES TAX. 

SHIPPING RATES ARE BASED UPON DELIVERY DISTANCE AND WEIGHT OF PACKAGE BEING SHIPPED.
